The Profitable Hotel Company offers specific training courses on upselling and inhouse sales. We believe passionately that the hospitality industry needs to learn from retail disciplines when it comes to selling more to customers they already serve.

The upselling and inhouse one-day sales courses have been personally written by Harrison and contain real examples from his time in senior positions with Select Country Hotels, Holiday Inn, Marriott Hotels, Arcadian and Premier Hotels.
