The Profitable Hotel Company offers clients an external sales and marketing resource to find the right person for the role they have on offer or to develop a person from within. Time and time again we find that a company has identified through appraisal someone who has all the right ingredients to move into a sales, marketing or revenue role but needs the tools and the assistance to make the change. We offer to come alongside that person, not on a one-off basis, but to ensure step-changes take place within a structured yet stretching process. The programme, called “Engaging Change”, takes someone committed to the company culture and adds the skills for the new role.

Within this area the Profitable Hotel Company will also work alongside senior management to write job descriptions for their people and to continue to mentor staff.
